Storing & Serving Information:

This dessert product was carefully packaged, & frozen in extremely cold commercial freezers immediately after it was baked, to ensure that it will taste like it just came out of the oven. Cakes are shipped in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs to ensure they are still cold when they arrive at your door.

 

Frozen shelf life: 10 months

Refrigerator shelf life at 40F or below: 3-4 Days

Thaw product at ambient temperature: 2 - 3 hrs.

"It was a day late getting here. The cake had melted. Chocolate was melted and the dry ice was all gone and had been for some time. The weather out side has 98degree temps and 107 feels like temps. Terrible. I had to throw the cake away."

"Cake delicious. But cakw was already cut in pieces and had tge separating papers between each piece. This was for a birthday party. Could write happy bday on it, dificult to put candles, worried it would catch the papers alite. Cake was delicious though. Came quick,sealed very good. Just because of the aesthetics of this cake i would not buy again. I even emailed stating it was for a birthday."
