Storing & Serving Information:

This dessert product was carefully packaged, & frozen in extremely cold commercial freezers immediately after it was baked, to ensure that it will taste like it just came out of the oven. Cakes are shipped in styrofoam coolers with ice packs to ensure they are still cold when they arrive at your door.

 

Frozen shelf life: 10 months

Refrigerator shelf life at 40F or below: 3-5 Days

Thaw product at ambient temperature: 2 - 3 hrs.

"It was a day late getting here. The cake had melted. Chocolate was melted and the dry ice was all gone and had been for some time. The weather out side has 98degree temps and 107 feels like temps. Terrible. I had to throw the cake away."

"My daughter chose this cake for her birthday, there is 1 description that really should be listed- this comes cut individually, I am sure this is great for some or even most people. I was expecting to be able to write "Happy Birthday" once it arrived. I was disappointed to find the wax paper between each piece, again I am sure this acceptable for most people, just not what she was expecting. The cake is very good, just wanted to point out this detail. I read the description prior to ordering and then again after opening the package. It was packaged nicely, and not disturbed in any way. The dry ice was gone by the time it arrived, (i did express shipping even though we are in the same state). recommend for those interested, it is tasty!!"
