"These cookies are absolutely delicious! I love them and keep ordering because they’re that good. Unfortunately, every time I receive an order, the cookies arrive very crumbled and broken. I’m not sure what the solution is, since they come in a tin box inside a shipping box, but there definitely needs to be a better way to package and ship them so they arrive intact. The cookies themselves are amazing, but it’s disappointing to open the tin and find them all broken. I really hope the company can figure out a better shipping method because I would love to keep ordering them!"
