"I've only had 2 experiences with this company and both were negative and disappointing. On the first occasion, half my order was missing. The second order, which was a gift, was delivered late so I'm sure the items were no longer very fresh Customer service clearly doesn't care and is an absolute joke. I won't order from this company again and would not recommend them."

"Provided to my husband while he was away on business. I was concerned about freshness due to some other reviews regarding other cookie packages however he said everything was provided fresh and both brownies and cookies were excellent. If in another birthday pinch I’ll order this specific package due to previous reviews and this experience. However if you order something to be delivered on a certain date pick 1 day earlier to ensure you receive on time. His delivery was 1 day late mid week."
