"Each box contained a single solid block of dough. There was no way to cut thru it. . . . there werent even perforations. The flavor and size and texture was great. Not too sweet but just enough. Unfortunately it was a fail as they can not be baked as individual scones. Incredibly weird and clearly not a mistake of shipping."

"My product arrived completely thawed and when I opened the box of scones the plastic inside was not even wrapped around the dough. Dough was completely exposed on top. This was a complete waste of money as I could not bake them since the dough was exposed (that was a safety concern for me) and not knowing how long they had been thawed for. The ice pack that was in the box was barely even cool to the touch and on the side, not even on top of the product. And ONLY 1 very tiny ice pack! I was even home when they were delivered so it did not sit outside at all. They need to out more ice in these packages to keep them frozen."
