    "I purchased a 36 cookie tin that arrived with the first layer crushed. Customer service asked to take a photo of the crushed cookie layer. I contacted the recipient who advised that all the crumbs were discarded. Hence, there was no replacement for the 12 crushed cookies. I am very disappointed. This gift was sent to a family with a 4yr and 1yr old. Luckily the next two layers were in tact and the children were able to enjoy them. I switched to David’s from another famous cookie company because their delivery service was very disappointing. I don’t want to switch again, but I may have to!"

    "They arrived crushed and not a whole cookie in the package. They stale and were uneatible. I threw then away and kept the tin they came in as it was the only thing likeable with the order. Will never purchase this or any other food product off the facebook cite again."

    "The cookies come nicely packed in a neat tin. All the flavors are great. LOVE the peanut butter. They do taste fresh and this is nothing bad but for my preference the texture is so much like a store bought cookie. One of the things I like about any homemade or fresh product is the discovery of little imperfections. The overall uniformity of these cookies just didn’t feel much different than store bought or mass produced cookies."
