Cookies and Cream Cookie Dough - 36 Pieces

"Seriously, my order was delivered “supposedly “ with dry ice but all items were completely thawed and warm. Two small plastic baggies which may or may not had dry ice in them were completely empty. I had to throw out all the cookies dough!!!! Seriously put enough dry ice in the container to account for weather and delays!!!! Im so annoyed, how do I get a refund!!!"
