"I have tried to contact your customer service and could not get an email to go through at your address. My cookies arrived warm and gooey with no dry ice. I threw them in the freezer and I'm wondering if they are safe to eat? I'm very unhappy about this. I'm sure you understand. Would you be willing to replace them or a refund?"
"Yummy. Packaging was a little damaged. It seemed pretty secure but it was squashed. I think because of this, some of the cookies were a little defrosted. Probably more of a problem by the delivery company."
