"Recently ordered your butter pecan melts. Extremely disappointed. The cookies were mostly crumbs in the tin. The powder sugar wasn't white they almost looked beige in color. They didn't melt as you describe and tasted like they were stale and dry. In good conscious I can not recommend to people now can I give you a good review. "This is the second review I have written. I was disappointed in the Butter Pecan Meltaways. Extremely dry and arrived in pieces. I salvaged about 2 dozen whole cookies; the rest was pieces and cookie dust. I fell for the hype; I use to make these cookies years ago and never did I have them crumble into pieces. I understand now watching people go on and on about them and pop a whole one in their mouth. Had they bit into it, the cookie would have broken off in their hand."
