Q. How long is the product good outside of the refrigerator?
A. The cookie dough can be at room temperature for 18-24 hrs. Then it has to be refrigerated or refrozen.

Q. If there is a problem with the order, who do I contact?
A. You will need to contact the school or organization you received the product from.

Q. Are the products Kosher?
A. Yes, all of Davids Cookies products are kosher dairy, certified by the Orthodox Union.

Q. Are there nuts in your products?
A. Although we have some products that do not contain nuts, All of our products are made on the same machinery as those products with nuts.
