This makes it impossible for anyone besides for David's Cookies to access your private billing information.

Future Date Shipping

Mailing Lists
Q. If I place an order will I start receiving mail/email from David's Cookies?

A. During the checkout process there is an option to decline from being added to David's Cookies' mailing list. Recipient information is not added to our mailing lists.

Order Confirmation
Q. How can I be sure that my order went through?

A. Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.

A. Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you on

Q. If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?

Quality & Freshness Guarantee
Q. Are David's Cookies' products guaranteed for quality and freshness?

A. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our products: If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either reship the item or refund you for the total value (within 30 days of receipt). Just call or email customer service and we'll make it right! We are open Mon-Fri -9-5pm EST.

Our cookies and brownies taste best within 48 hrs of receipt. Freeze for long term storage in a freezer safe container up to 6 months.

Our cakes and tarts are good for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator, up to 6 months in the freezer. Cookie dough can be frozen up to 1 year, but only should be thawed and refrozen once. Cookie dough must be kept cold and baked from frozen. We do not recommend storing longer than 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Reship Policy
Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will David's Cookies reship the item?

A. Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

Return Policy
Q. Can I return an item ordered from David's Cookies?

A. Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our items, if you are not satisfied, please email or call 1-800-500-2800 so we can better serve you. We are able to process refunds 30 days after receipt, after that we are unable to issue any refunds.

Shipping To Multiple Locations
Q. How do I place an order that will be shipping to multiple locations?

A. You will be able to choose multiple shipping locations during the checkout process. Please feel free to email us or call our customer service department at 1 800-500-2800 about any concerns you may have.

Shipping Rates
Q. What are your shipping rates?

A. Standard delivery is 2nd day air via UPS for $4.95. Overnight is $12 and Saturday delivery is $25 to limited zip codes. Simply choose the desired delivery date on the calendar at checkout. We bake fresh daily and ship Mon-Wed for delivery on Wed-Fri. Our cutoff time is Monday through Wednesday, 10am EST to go out that day. Orders in by 10am Thurs can ship overnight for Friday delivery. We do not ship over the weekend, so orders in after 10am Wedesday will ship the following Monday.
